Krenak has a program for integrating companies and educational institutions by linking students to market demands.

This program has been created to decrease a massive gap in the expectations of hiring companies and universities. On one hand, hiring companies complain students don’t have the skills needed to fully exercise their professions; on the other hand, universities know that companies won’t have the professionals they need, unless they invest in complementing those students’ education.

This program connects all integration networks managed by Krenak and services an average of 100 students every semester. The activities include:

• Skill assessments of students and career management dynamics
• Recomendation of the IT areas each student is most inclined to exercise
• Lectures and training covering the IT market and each IT area
• Help and project orientation when finishing the course
• Intermediation of student and companies to fill internship positions

There is no fee for students or universities to participate in the program, but universities will be asked to provide full-time laboratories so the students will stay as long as they can inside the school environment.
